The technology (device) using "Absorbent and Special coating" to prevent, for an extended period, misty smoke emitted from oil additives from condensing during production, resulting in droplets directly falling and migrating into products.
Applications
Dry Ice pellets used for cleaning will impact the objects to be cleaned and simultaneously evaporate leaving no residues.
Performance characteristics
This oil-droplet proof agent is made of lime as the main ingredient. It is used in slurry or fabricated plate materials.
Plate material is, for example, fabricated into the predetermined format for use as environmental ceiling or wall materials on which oils splash. A plate with slurry is fixed by screws or nails where it is used. In practice, screws and their surroundings are coated by a slurry printing method or others.
Expectation effect
When oils condense and adhere to the ceiling or wall materials treated with such an oil-droplet proof agent, they are absorbed by the oil-droplet proof agent. Thus they do not so easily fall as oil droplets.
Scope of applications and actual examples.
For instance, this oil-droplet proof agent is used for plastic molding machines. A concrete example is the dual axis film stretching device.
A dual axis stretcher is comprised of the supply section for feeding plastic raw materials, the stretching section for forming the predetermined shape via heating the supplied raw materials, the cooling section to cool products, and the film winding section.
Since the stretching section is installed with the additive spray device for the purpose of injecting misty additives from the upper part of the film, misty additive materials at the down stream of the stretching section often causes migration. Additives are stabilizers and/or upgrading agents (inhibitors for performance loss) to improve chemical and physical properties of plastics. In the past, migrated misty additives condensed on the ceilings and walls and the condensed oil-droplets dropped onto the films, making the fabricated products worthless. Consequently, we applied the oil-droplet proof agent to the ceiling and wall of the cooling section, which resulted in preventing oil droplets from falling for a long time. For instance, a plate material was placed so as to cover the ceiling, preventing droplets from falling.
The plate was fixed to the ceiling portion by screws. If screws are also coated with slurry, they need to be covered with dried slurry, thus preventing droplets from falling from the screws. Also, the plates can cover the walls fixed with screws, and similarily, the screws need to be coated with slurry. In this way, utilizing the oil-droplet proof agent, the film yield improves significantly and, moreover, the effectiveness of droplet-proofing can last a very long time.
In addition to the ceilings and walls of the cooling section, the oil-droplet proof agent can be used for the stretching section where additives are injected or for the film casting section.
In addition to the above mentioned applications, slurry may be used as a filler to fill the gap between two plates.
We described the application of the oil-droplet proof agent for the dual axis stretcher, but we can also apply it to various plastic molding/fabrication machines involving additives (e.g., fiber spinning machine and forming machines such as an injection molder).
