Since our CO2 is recycled from the natural environment, no new CO2 is emitted. It is also categorized outside the ISO standards, so there will be no problems.
Q - 2
:
Would dust generated during execution scatter?
A - 2
:
There will be no scattering of dust since we keep the cleaning environment in negative pressure.
Q - 3
:
Would negative (minus) 78℃ blast cleaning cause an extremely low temperature of base materials, creating adverse effects on an entire apparatus?
A - 3
:
When the surface of 3.5 cm2 is blasted continuously for 5 minutes, it is cooled to (in the case of iron) no more than 1 degree below the ambient temperature.
During our actual experiences, we never had cooling of more than -1 degree.
In some cases, we test samples prior to beginning our work.
Q - 4
:
Is it possible to become oxygen deficient during blast cleaning?
A - 4
:
Working in a closed (small) area it is possible, but in an open area there is no problem. *Also, as needed, during cleaning we require the display of an OFF LIMIT sign as well as using an airline mask and oxygen meter.
Q - 5
:
Is it possible to automate the blast cleaning?
A - 5
:
Yes. We carry out all the design, preparation, and installation at our company.
