Contaminant removal system

By removing contaminant deposits and self generated dirt from age-related deterioration found inside various manufacturing equipment under a long-term continuous operation and also dealing with the contaminant sources, we restore the equipment's performances to the level as when it was first installed. By using this system, being able to minimize the ill effects of contaminants, improving manufacturing efficiencies and product yields, and meeting the ever increasing demand of high quality, we can propose effective methods of attaining such manufacturing equipment.
It has been recognized as being essential in industries to attain: lower contaminants mixed into products (less than the previous defect level) through the maintenance and upgrading of manufacturing equipment; higher production efficiencies by achieving shorter machine downtime with a longer maintenance cycle; and guaranteed defect free products. In response to these necessities, we proposed the following: dry ice blast cleaning that enables less maintenance time, and also the early stage floating-contaminant collection method introduced after cleaning and upgrading work. We also achieved quick resumption of operation after maintenance.
It is effective, as proven by actual results, on drier interiors of coaters, printing machines, film production lines, etc., and also on heated air blow nozzles, circulating ducts, heat-exchanger FANs, and others.

For use in the future, we are developing a contaminant removal system for clean room interiors.
